CLASS ACTION VS. CIBC ASSET MANAGEMENT INC.
On December 17, 2007, the Superior Court of Quebec approved an excellent settlement in the amount of $20 million of the class action handled by Kugler Kandestin, L.L.P. against CIBC Asset Management Inc. on behalf of certain unit holders of the Renaissance U.S. RSP Index Fund (formerly known as the Merrill Lynch U.S. RSP Index Fund and the Atlas American RSP Index Fund).
Information as to the simple requirements which unitholders MUST fulfill, and the claim form that MUST be completed, is available at www.usrspindexfund.com.
