Jean-François Carpentier jfcarpentier@kugler-kandestin.com Jean-François Carpentier practices commercial law at Kugler Kandestin L.L.P., with a focus on insolvency and restructuring, secured lending and commercial litigation. Jean-François has also handled various civil litigation matters, including cases involving professional malpractice, latent defects and personal injuries. Jean-François graduated on the Dean’s List from the Université de Montreal's Law Faculty in 2001 and obtained a Master of Laws with honours from the London School of Economics in 2003.
