Michael Gaon mgaon@kugler-kandestin.com Michael Gaon graduated from McGill University's Faculty of Law in 1990 with a degree in both Civil and Common Law (National Program). He is a member of the Quebec Bar as well as a member of the Bars of New York and Massachusetts. A partner in the firm, Michael Gaon has experience with bankruptcy, insolvency and litigation matters and over the last several years, has focused on a commercial finance practice as well as corporate, general commercial matters and mergers and acquisitions work.
