Gerald Kandestin gkandestin@kugler-kandestin.com Gerald Kandestin was educated at McGill University where he obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law degree in 1974. He became a member of both the Quebec and Canadian Bar Associations in 1975. Mr. Kandestin is the senior partner in charge of the business, financing and insolvency departments of the firm. Mr. Kandestin has served as Treasurer of the Bar of Montreal and is a former President of The Lord Reading Law Society. He is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada, Insol International and the American Bankruptcy Institute and is also a founding member and currently serves as a director and president of the Montreal Branch of the Turnaround Management Association.
