Gordon Kugler gkugler@kugler-kandestin.com Gordon Kugler obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from McGill University in 1966, was admitted to the Bar of Quebec in 1967 and has been in private practice for the past 30 years. A senior partner in the firm in charge of its litigation department, Mr. Kugler specializes in matters of medical responsibility and represents patients and their families in malpractice suits against doctors, hospitals and other health- care providers. He has handled many cases involving obstetrical, surgical and anesthetic liability and he has represented numerous patients who have suffered severe brain damage as a result of alleged medical malpractice. Mr. Kugler also handles complex insurance and commercial litigation matters and has appeared before the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Kugler has lectured at McGill University Law School and Medical School.
