Gordon Levine glevine@kugler-kandestin.com A partner in the firm, Gordon Levine practices commercial law, specializing in corporate insolvency and restructuring, secured lending, creditors’ remedies and commercial litigation. Mr. Levine also represents businesses in a variety of corporate, real estate, leasing and general commercial matters. After undergraduate studies at McGill University and Dartmouth College, Mr. Levine attended McGill University’s Law Faculty, graduating from its National Program in 1991 with honours, obtaining Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degrees. Mr. Levine is a member of the Quebec Bar (1992), the Ontario Bar (1996), the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Insolvency Foundation, INSOL International and is presently Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Montreal branch of the Canadian Turnaround Management Association.
