Robert Kandestin rkandestin@kugler-kandestin.com Robert Kandestin was educated at McGill University where he graduated with first class honors, obtaining a Bachelor of Civil Law degree (B.C.L.) in 1977 and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) in 1978. A partner in the firm since 1984, Mr. Kandestin has extensive experience in commercial law as well as in bankruptcy, class action and litigation matters generally with a special emphasis on creditor's remedies, commercial litigation and real estate matters. Mr. Kandestin is a member of the Quebec Bar Association (1979), the Turnaround Management Association and the Commercial Law League of America and has lectured to various groups in matters relating to his fields of expertise.
