Robert Kugler rkugler@kugler-kandestin.com Robert Kugler graduated from McGill University's Faculty of Law in 2000, where he earned his Civil Law and Common Law degrees. He also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in 1996. Before becoming a member of the Bar of the Province of Quebec in 2001, Robert Kugler worked at Kugler Kandestin, L.L.P. as a summer student and an articling student. As a lawyer, Robert's primary area of practice is in litigation. Robert Kugler handles civil and commercial cases of all sorts, including in the areas of insurance, medical malpractice, personal injury, banking and insolvency.
