Stuart Kugler skugler@kugler-kandestin.com Stuart Kugler obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1994 from McGill University and thereafter graduated from McGill's Faculty of Law with Civil Law and Common Law degrees in 1998. Stuart was called to the Quebec Bar in November 1999. He joined Kugler Kandestin, L.L.P. as a summer student, has articled with the firm and became an associate with Kugler Kandestin, L.L.P. upon his call to the Bar. Stuart's primary area of practice is civil litigation, particularly medical malpractice, personal injuries, property and liability insurance, with a special interest in one of which was recently instituted and settled on a Canada-wide basis.
