Arthur Wechsler awechsler@kugler-kandestin.com After graduating from McGill University’s National Law Program, with a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Arthur Wechsler was called to the Quebec Bar in 1990 and continues to be a member of both the Quebec and Canadian Bar Associations, as well as the American Association of Justice. A partner in the firm since 1998, his fields of concentration include Personal Injury, Medical Mal-Practise, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law and Class Actions. Arthur lectures and gives seminars in the field of Class Actions and Personal Injury Litigation.
